Your objective is to identify the 1% of candidates with "Ownership DNA" and ensure their "Time-to-Value" is hit in record time. Job Responsibility
1. Talent Sourcing (Velocity): Drive top-of-funnel volume. Use AI-sourcing and LLMs to hunt passive A-Players in global markets.
2. Onboarding Engineering: Execute a frictionless Day-1 experience. Your goal: Make new hires productive and "culture-aligned" within 72 hours.
3. Operations & SOPs: Document everything. If a process isn't in an SOP, it doesn't exist. You will manage the lifecycle from entry to exit.
4. Employer Branding: Create the "Social Proof" that lowers our future Cost-Per-Hire. Make Go4Database a magnet for high-performers.

Educational Requirement
Are MBA/Graduate in HR/Business/Management or equivalent.

Working Days-hours - 5 Days (Evening Shift 10am to 7pm + Your brain needs to be 24/7)
Stipend - Lumpsum + Negotiable (6 months Internship Period)
