  • Job Responsibility

    This isn't about writing catchy subject lines; it's about managing the flow of data through the pipes.

    1. System Throughput (800K/Mo): Ensure the n8n/Make workflows trigger correctly and handle the 800K email record per month scale without crashing.

    2. Deliverability Health: Maintain a <0.5% bounce rate and 100% "Inbox Placement." You are the guardian of the AWS/GSuite/SendGrid reputation.

    3. Lead Conversion (300 Demands/Mo): Optimize the AI-auto-reply logic to ensure "neutral" replies are nurtured and "positive" replies are pushed to the sales team immediately.

    4. A/B Infrastructure: Running simultaneous technical tests (e.g., testing different SMTP providers against each other for better landing rates).

  • Educational Requirement

    Any graduate/MBA or equivalent

  • Additional Requirement

    • Workflow Logic: Proficiency in n8n or Make.com (Conditional paths, JSON parsing, API webhooks).
    • Technical Email Specs: Deep understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and SMTP relay configurations.
    • Prompt Engineering: Ability to tune your "Small AI" to handle follow-ups without sounding like a bot.
    • Data Wrangling: Ability to handle large datasets (SQL or advanced Excel/Sheets) to segment the 800K email list monthly effectively.
