The Mission
Go4Database is scaling its footprint in the US and UK. We need a Sales Powerhouse who can lead a team of individual contributors to dominate the outsourced database and data management market. You will take our existing value proposition and turn it into a high-velocity outbound and inbound closing machine.

Job Responsibility
- Own the team’s monthly and quarterly revenue targets (New Business + Account Expansion).
- Document the exact outreach, discovery, and objection-handling scripts for our specific data services and create a playbook.
- Hire, train, and manage 5-8 Sales Development Executives (SDEs) to ensure they hit 95%+ of their individual quotas under your strong mentorship.
- You will personally handle the highest-value "whale" accounts while coaching the team on smaller deals.
- No more "weekly reports." You will monitor live calls and provide feedback loops immediately to keep the team sharp.
- Regularly report on US/UK market trends, competitor pricing, and client pain points to the Founders.

Any graduate/MBA or equivalent

Additional Requirement
- Direct 6-8 Yrs experience selling into the US/UK. You know how to navigate "Gatekeepers" and speak to C-Suite stakeholders.
- You carry 5 yrs of leadership exp and manage a high growth team.
- You are a High Incentive Earner and growth mindset, You aren't looking for a safe "management" job; you want to build a legacy and get paid for the results.
- You understand the basics of database management, data entry, or data processing services enough to build value-based proposals.

Mandatory: Experience in B2B Contact Selling Companies
Working days-hours - 5 days, 9 hrs (Evening Shift - 1pm to 10pm)
